without hatred and to hold ground without illusion.
Korthir Sapphyrion — The Scaleforge Collegium.
A university-temple devoted to psionics, metaphysics, and the disciplined study of
consciousness. Its scholars believe the mind is the final bastion of civilization and
that thought, not flame, preserves the world.
Lethara Vael’Kyr (“The Singers of Remembered Names”) — The
Mourning Choir. Bard-priests and elegists whose songs serve as legal
record, cultural memory, and sacred vow. Their laments bind history as firmly as ink
or oath.
Vaelthir Arcanum — The College of Refined Spellcraft.
The sanctioned arcane academy of Elandor, where wizardry is taught as an art of
restraint, structure, and consequence. Spellcasters focus on abjuration, divination,
and carefully regulated evocation—magic that protects, reveals, and preserves rather
than devastates.
Students are trained to understand a spell’s reflection before its effect: how magic
alters memory, landscape, and fate. Excessive or indulgent spellcasting is grounds for
censure, exile, or reassignment to border research under Collegium oversight.
